His research focuses on: strategy formulation and implementation organization design; technology strategy, innovation and corporate entrepreneurship; knowledge management and competitor intelligence. Dr. Gina Colarelli O'Connor is Associate Professor of Marketing in the Lally School of Management and Technology at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, NY, USA. Her research focuses on radical innovation in large mature firms, corporate entrepreneurship, dynamic capabilities, new market creation and technology commercialization.
